At Youlaix Body Care Company, we are committed to ensuring your complete satisfaction with every purchase. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

Returns
· Eligibility: You have 30 days, from the date of purchase, to return an item.
· Condition: Items must be unused, in the same condition that you received them, and in the original packaging for returning.
· Order Number: Please refer to your order number for all returns.
Refunds
· Processing: Once we receive your returned item, we will issue a refund.
· Approval: If a refund is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment.
· Timeframe: Refunds may take 7 business days to process, depending on your payment provider, the credit back on your statement may take up to 14 business days.
Exchanges
· Eligibility: If you are not completely satisfied with your order, please contact us and let us know if you would like to try something else.

Shipping
· Return Shipping: Return Shipping is non-refundable.
